Paris Fashion Week 2024; Buying Spring Summer 2025

The city of lights, Paris, once again turned into the epicenter of fashion with its renowned Paris Fashion Week 2024. As Neighbourhood, your beloved boutique, we had the opportunity to once again attend this prestigious event and handpick some of the finest pieces for our store. Here's a glimpse into our fashion-forward journey and the exciting (new) brands we explored.

Paris Fashion Week is more than just a fashion spectacle; it's a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and the future of style. Amidst the bustling runways and glamorous soirées, we immersed ourselves in the vibrant world of fashion, seeking the perfect additions to our collection. Our mission was clear: to find unique, high-quality garments that reflect the ethos of Neighbourhood—timeless style with a contemporary twist.

One of the highlights of our trip was discovering and purchasing from a variety of esteemed brands. This season, we were particularly thrilled to add new names to our repertoire.

A Kind Of Guise: Known for their meticulous European craftsmanship and excellent fabrics, A Kind Of Guise never ceases to impress. Their collection featured an exquisite range of tops and trousers that blend traditional tailoring with modern aesthetics. These pieces are perfect for our customers who appreciate quality and style. 

Drake's: A new addition to our store, Drake's is synonymous with elegance and sophistication. Their clothing embodies the quintessential British charm with a contemporary twist. We are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first shipment and can't wait to share these sophisticated pieces with you. Drake's will be in house sooner than you think!

Universal Works: This brand continues to captivate us with its blend of workwear-inspired designs and relaxed silhouettes. Universal Works' latest collection showcased a variety of tops and bottoms that exude a laid-back yet polished vibe, making them a versatile addition to any wardrobe. We expect some very nice designed fabrics for SS25.

Sunray Sportswear: Another new and exciting brand for Neighbourhood, Sunray Sportswear offers unique high-quality fabrics. We initially made the mistake of calling their garments "basics", but we were completely wrong! Their T-shirts take one skilled tailor 1.5 hours to make. Be patient until their drop hits our shop. Come and check te extreme quality in store.

Drake's and Sunray Sportswear are the newest stars in our lineup, and we are particularly excited about the imminent arrival of Drake's first shipment. Their reputation for fine tailoring and luxurious fabrics precedes them, and we are confident that their pieces will be a hit with our discerning customers.

Our trip to Paris Fashion Week 2024 was nothing short of inspiring. We returned with a carefully curated selection of tops and trousers that embody the spirit of Neighbourhood—chic, contemporary, and timeless. Paris Fashion Week itself has a storied history, dating back to the post-WWII era and officially organized in its modern form since 1973, cementing Paris as the global fashion capital.
