Terms & Conditions
Confirmation: By accepting these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is established. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order. We reserve the right to fulfill the order even if the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. If we are unable to fulfill the order as per the terms in the order confirmation, we will contact you, and you will have the option to cancel the order. Payment Methods: We offer two payment methods:

Prices
Prices displayed do not include delivery charges. We reserve the right to adjust incorrect prices. All prices shown on the website www.nbharnhem.com are in Euros and include applicable VAT for customers within the European Union.
Delivery Time and Costs
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Saturdays. Please note that the delivery times may be slightly longer during sales and public holidays.
Occasionally, we offer free deliveries on all orders, which will be clearly stated on our website. Please note that campaigns for free deliveries will be activated on your payment page.
Customs and Import Charges
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and we cannot provide information on the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We advise contacting your local authorities before placing an order to avoid surprises.
Delivery Status
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your order.
Returns
For returns within the EU, please note that the return shipping cost is not included when requesting an exchange. Before arranging the return, kindly contact us via email at [email protected] to discuss the process.
Important Notes:
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Customers are responsible for returning items using their local postal service or a courier.
We are happy to issue a replacement or refund if items are returned within 10 days of receiving your order, provided they are:Unworn - Complete with all original tags
- In original and resalable condition
Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs or the return shipping costs. Ensure your return is carefully and securely packed. For returned items, please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS.”
We strongly recommend sending return packages using a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
No Returns Outside the EU
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for purchases made outside the EU.
To ensure satisfaction with your purchase, we encourage all customers to carefully consider their order. We are always happy to assist you with any questions about an item before you make your purchase. Our team is committed to providing quick responses and detailed information to help you make an informed decision.
As such, purchases made outside the EU are final and cannot be returned.
Damaged in Transit - Defective Products
