Shipping
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Saturdays. Orders are shipped by PostNL, DHL, or DPD. When your order leaves our shop, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail or mobile that can be used to track your order.

Shipping outside the EU:
When shipping outside the European Union, customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the customs policies of the destination country.

We kindly request that customers refrain from requesting to mark the parcel as a "gift" or declare a lower value to avoid customs charges.

Please be aware that international shipments may occasionally experience longer-than-expected delivery times due to customs processing or delays during the handover between countries.

Returns

For returns within the EU, please note that the return shipping cost is not included in the price when requesting an exchange. Prior to arranging the shipping, kindly contact us via e-mail at [email protected] to discuss the process.

Customers are responsible for returning items to us using their local postal service or a courier. We will happily issue a replacement or refund if the items are returned within 10 days of receiving your order, provided they are in unworn condition, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.

Please note that we do not refund any original shipping costs or return shipping costs. Ensure your return is well-packed. For items returned, please mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS.”

We recommend sending all return packages with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit.

Please note: Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

No Returns Outside the EU

Please note that we do not accept returns for purchases made outside the EU. We kindly ask our customers to carefully consider their purchase and take advantage of the option to ask us any questions about the item before completing their order. We are committed to responding promptly and assisting as much as possible to help you form a clear understanding of the product, ensuring you can make a well-informed decision.

As such, purchases made outside the EU are final and cannot be returned.
